Deep Banana Blackout at Garcia’s (A Gallery)

On Aug. 6, Deep Banana Blackout kicked off their three-night run at Garcia’s at The Capitol Theatre.
The performances were billed as ‘Deep Banana Blackout: Re-Boot Camp’ with themes ranging from James Brown to P-Funk to Stevie Wonder.
As per an official announcement, “Re-Boot Camp is a nod to Deep Banana Blackout’s legendary Boot Camp at the famed NYC Wetlands, in which the band would play once every week, hosting different special guests each night.”
