Dead & Company to Livestream Playing in the Sand Destination Concert Series on nugs.net
Dead & Company have announced their plans to livestream their sold-out destination concert event, Playing in the Sand, which is slated to take place from Jan. 14 through 17 in Riviera Cancún, Mexico.
The livestream package provided by nugs.net will feature three nights of music from the event’s hosts, Bobby Weir, Mickey Hart, Bill Kreutzmann, John Mayer, Oteil Burbridge and Jeff Chimenti. In addition, the streaming bundle will feature Goose’s Jan. 15 performance.
During the destination concert event, Dead & Company will work through the Grateful Dead’s songbook, performing beloved tracks from their expansive catalog of music. The upcoming January occurrence arrives before the band’s final tour, scheduled to begin on May 19, at The Forum in Los Angeles.
