The second Dave Matthews Band Caravan of the summer is set for July 8-10 at Chicago’s Lakeside. Dave Matthews Band will perform each night of the festival and as with the Atlantic City Caravan on June 24-26, Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds will offer an acoustic set while DMB members Carter Beauford and Stefan Lessard will deliver “special performances”. Both Jeff Coffin’s Mu’tet and Reynolds’ TR3 also are on the bill.

Dave Matthews Band will be joined by variety of artists at the festival, including some acts who will appear at Atlantic City, NJ’s Bader Field. The Chicago Lakeside Caravan roster also includes: The Flaming Lips performing Dark Side of the Moon, Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros, Emmylou Harris, David Gray, Ray LaMontagne, Soulive, O.A.R., G. Love & Special Sauce, Sharon Jones & The Dap-Kings, Gomez, Drive-By Truckers, Michael Franti & Spearhead, Daniel Lanois’ Black Dub, The Jayhawks, Kid Cudi, Amos Lee, Ben Folds, Soja, The Wailers, Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Vieux Farka Toure, Alberta Cross, Mariachi El Bronx, Bobby Long, Gary Clark Jr. and Ivan Neville’s Dumpstaphunk. The Summer Camp Saturday Stage will present acts who appeared at this year’s Summer Camp Music Festival.

An online ticket request period is now underway with the general on sale set for April 15.
