Bumbershoot Arts & Music Festival Unveils 2026 Lineup: Death Cab for Cutie, Turnstile, Blood Orange, De La Soul, Orville Peck and More

Bumbershoot Arts & Music Festival has unveiled the complete music lineup for its 2026 presentation. Returning to Seattle Center on Sept. 5-6, the standard-bearing celebration of music, studio and performance art and the Pacific Northwest’s independent cultural spirit will unite 38 esteemed and rising artists across a wide variety of genres and styles. The 53rd annual Labor Day event will be led by Seattle’s own Death Cab for Cutie and hardcore forerunners Turnstile.

Before Turnstile’s electrifying finale on Friday, Bumbershoot’s first day will welcome giants like avant-pop polymath Blood Orange, Michelle Zauner-fronted indie-rock darlings Japanese Breakfast, Pacific Northwest riot grrrl originators Bikini Kill, Belarusian cold wave trio Molchat Doma and drum and bass duo Chase & Status, plus Peaches, Joey Valence & Brae, Die Spitz, Pixel Grip, Silvana Estrada and more.

Highlights from Saturday’s packed program include alt-country trailblazer Orville Peck, golden age boom-bap legends De La Soul, shapeshifting expermentalist Yves Tumor, Japanese girl group ATARASHII GAKKO, electro-R&B violinist Sudan Archives and Zamrock pathbreakers W.I.T.C.H., as well as Noname, Tokimonsta, Goldie Boutilier, 54 Ultra and PawPaw Rod, among others.
