Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas to Host Phish Sphere Aftershows with The Disco Biscuits, Eggy and Taper’s Choice
Phish will return to Las Vegas’ Sphere for nine performances from April 16 to May 2, and where the Vermont quartet goes, so goes a legion of devotees. For the pioneering jamband’s second residency at the technologically unparalleled venue, the fan community will hit Sin City like a force of nature, and that energy isn’t likely to stop after the encore. Thankfully, Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas has unveiled a full slate of top-tier aftershows to keep the party roaring into the sunrise.
With their Set Three program, Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas has booked five late-night shows with fan favorites from the jam scene. After Phish’s residency kickoff performance on April 16 and night two on April 17, the venue will host two shows from indie-jam torchbearing quartet Eggy. Following the Friday and Saturday shows of Phish’s second Sphere weekend, April 24 and 25, fans can catch a second wind with back-to-back engagements from jamtronica pioneers The Disco Biscuits. Finally, on May 2, jam supergroup Taper’s Choice will cap off Phish’s final night with “The Only Jamband Show in Las Vegas.”
In the afternoon of April 24-27 and May 1, Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas will host preshow festivities through the lot-style community gathering of PhanArt. More late-night shows will be announced as Phish’s residency approaches.
