Brandi Carlile Unveils Artist Lineup for Mothership Weekend 2025: Alanis Morissette, Dawes, Joy Oladokun and More

Brandi Carlile has officially unveiled the full artist lineup for this year’s Mothership Weekend music festival. Set to stage in Miramar Beach, Fla.’s Seascape Resort from May 9-11, the iconic Americana singer-songwriter’s third-annual destination event will once again collect an all-star lineup of musicians for a Mother’s Day extravaganza.

Mothership Weekend 2025 features a total of eight artists over its three-day run, including two headline sets from Carlile herself on Friday, May 9 and Sunday, May 11. Beyond the founder, Friday’s lineup will feature performances from country singer-songwriter Fancy Hagood and genre-bending rising star Joy Oladokun, whose triumphant fifth studio album Observations From A Crowded Room placed highly among best-of-2024 lists.

On Saturday, Carlile will take a night off, instead presenting performances from Americana pathbreaker Autumn Nichols, Grammy-winning folk-rocker Madison Cunningham and an acoustic set from the iconic Alanis Morissette, who wowed with her contributions to the FireAid benefit concert last night. Come Sunday, Carlile will close out the festival after early sets from the Joni Mitchell co-signed Celisse and longtime indie rock figureheads Dawes, whose delivered a definite highlight of FireAid with sit-ins from Stephen Stills and Mike Campbell.

“The Mothership welcomes everyone,” Carlile detailed for the festival’s first staging back in 2023. “We hope you’ll join us for this epic celebration of mothers, mother figures, motherhood, mothering and all forms of chosen families.”
