New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival Shares 2022 Lineup: The Who, Stevie Nicks, Foo Fighters and More

The renowned New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival has announced it will finally return to New Orleans this April into May – today, Jan. 20, organizers shared the official 2022 lineup.

For weekend one (April 29 – May 1), headliners will be The Who, Foo Fighters, Lionel Richie, The Avett Brothers, Nelly, Jason Isbell and The 400 Unit, Death Cab for Cutie Randy Newman, Third World and many more.

Weekend two (May 5 – 8) will feature Stevie Nicks, Jimmy Buffett and The Coral Reefer Band, Luke Combs, The Black Crowes, Erykah Badu, Willie Nelson & Family, Norah Jones, Lauren Daigle, Ludacris, Billy Strings and many more.

Several New Orleans mainstays will also celebrate their sound upon the Jazz Fest stages, including Trombone Shorty, Irma Thomas, George Porter Jr. & Runnin’ Pardners, Tank and the Bangas, Galactic, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Cyril Neville, Leo Nocentelli, Anders Osborne, Big Chief Monk Boudreaux & the Golden Eagles Mardi Gras Indians, Big Freedia and Dumpstaphunk, among others.

2019 was the last Jazz Fest, marking the event’s 50th anniversary and welcoming over 475,000 music fans to the Crescent City.
