The initial lineup for the Charm City Bluegrass Festival in Baltimore will feature The Lone Bellow and Cabinet topping the bill with other funk/roots acts like Cris Jacobs, Dustbowl Revival, Lonesome River Band, Horseshoes & Hand Grenades, Valerie Smith and Liberty Pike in tow. 

Slated for April 29 at Druid Hill Park, the festival plans to make a second bulk announcement in the coming months as they round out their fifth annual lineup.
