Following up his successful single “I’ll Never Leave You,” Braison Cyrus embarks on a “solitary search for self” in his new song, “Heart Is Gold.”

Today, the Nashville native – and descendent of Billy Ray Cyrus – shares the music video for the new track, touting it as “a collaboration with Jesse Baker from Birdtalker and Bill Reynolds. The video is a reflection of that, being a collaboration with Rob France, his artwork, and Gabriel Judet-Weinshel.” The grandness of the song’s production couples beautifully with the intimate animation of the video, creating a unique way to experience the new track.

Looking ahead, Cyrus hopes to release his debut full-length LP in 2021.
