Tank and the Bangas’ Blue Note Residency Welcomes Big Freedia (A Gallery)

Over the weekend, New Orleans’ Tank and The Bangas wrapped the second weekend of their residency at the Blue Note Jazz Club in New York City. Like the previous weekend, the performances took place during an early and late show and welcomed an array of special guests to celebrate the group’s eclectic and unique musical stylings.
The second weekend included special guests Big Freedia on Friday, Nov. 18, Kat Edmonson & Brandee Younger on Saturday, Nov. 19, and Isaiah Sharkey on Sunday, Nov. 20.
