Last week, Karina Rykman and her namesake band departed on their inaugural Northeast tour, making stops at Boston’s City Winery and Burlington’s famed Nectar’s club, as well as The Press Room in Portsmouth, NH.

“Home from my first ever out-of-town run with my own band, and truly couldn’t be happier,” Rykman told Relix. “[Guitarist] Adam November, [dummer] Chris Corsico and [lighting director] Jeff Volckhausen were out there crushing it every night. So happy to roll with these dudes and to bring the music to the people with them. Thanks so much to everyone for coming to the gigs in Boston, Burlington and Portsmouth! Special thanks to Tristan Law, Kevin Statesir and Paul Bacher for bringing us up north, as well as Lucid Lynx, Kudu Stooge, and Jaw Gems for opening and letting us share your gear!”
