We’re Approaching Noel Gallagher Interview Season and Nothing Could Be Better
For the last few months, Liam Gallagher has had full run of the press circuit supporting his first ever solo album As You Were and dragging his brother Noel in the process. Now, the tables will turn as Noel steps back into the spotlight as his new album Who Built the Moon? is set for release on November 24.
And here is where things get good.
Speaking to Q Magazine (via NME), Noel wasted no time getting into it, saying he hadn’t listened to Liam’s new album yet. “Because I’m not a fan,” he said. “I’m not going to learn anything. He doesn’t write his own songs, so it means nothing to me.”
Noel also noted that he’s “indifferent” to Liam’s tweets about him. “I’ll be in a boozer and someone will say, ‘fucking hell, our kid’s gone all like Donald Trump.’ But y’know, I’m trying to soar like an eagle and I’m being asked to comment on the ramblings of a common pigeon.”
Potato, meet pigeon.
