Watch Willie Nelson Play “Fly Me to the Moon” and “Vote ‘Em Out” on ‘Kimmel’

Legendary singer-songwriter Willie Nelson recently stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live to play a couple songs with his band, including a cut from My Way—Nelson’s studio-album tribute to his friend Frank Sinatra that came out in mid-September—and a tune apropos to the upcoming midterm elections next week.

Nelson and his backing group, which features his son Lukas, started out with the jazzy standard famously sung by Sinatra, “Fly Me to the Moon.” Kimmel then joined the band onstage and jokingly asked if they knew any other songs they could sing. Nelson replied that he knows “one more,” then lead the band in “Vote ‘Em Out,” a newer Nelson number that sounds like one of his classics but urges fans to make their voices heard now.
