U2 Address Manchester Tragedy, Perform _Joshua Tree_ Standout on _Kimmel_

U2 visited Jimmy Kimmel Live to talk about the 30th anniversary of their landmark record Joshua Tree as their stadium tour continues to visit cities across the country. Of course, the band addressed the tragic events in Manchester earlier this week during the interview portion. 

“Manchester has an undefeatable spirit,” Bono said in a thoughtful statement from the band as they denounced the terror caused following an Ariana Grande concert that left more than 20 dead and a number of others injured. 


The band also parlayed their interview into an interactive performance of “I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For” featuring a choir planted in the crowd, leading to a full on singalong of one of the album’s biggest hits. Watch below.
