Trombone Shorty brought his traveling New Orleans revue to Central Park’s Summerstage in New York on Wednesday for an evening that featured the host and his Orleans Avenue, Galactic, Preservation Hall Jazz Band and New Breed Brass Band, plus special guests Cyril Neville, who joined Trombone Shorty during his set, Walter “Wolfman” Washington, who sat in with Galactic, and Kermit Ruffins, who lent his trumpet to Pres Hall’s performance. Marc Millman and Dino Perrucci shared some photos from the show, along with a collection of shots from the Saturday Threauxdown in Bethel Woods, NY, via Perrucci.
