Soulive Celebrates 12th Birthday at the Bowl

Last night Soulive returned to Brooklyn Bowl for the second night of its ten show Bowlive residency. Nigel Hall served as emcee, while Pharoahe Monch, Talib Kweli, WAX and Lettuce also appeared. The show marked Soulive’s twelfth birthday and the group performed much of its debut disc Get Ready, in honor of the event. Here is a look at the festivities, courtesy of Allison Murphy.
