Charleston, SC duo Shovels & Rope stopped by Relix HQ while promoting their 2012 album O’ Be Joyful to perform “Birmingham.” Michael Trent and Carey Ann Hearst enjoyed great success following the release of O’ Be Joyful, as the album charted on the Billboard 200 and landed them a performance on Late Night with David Letterman, among others.
