Luke Bryan is the object of affection to many young female country fans these days, but during his show in Maryland Heights he was the one intimidated by an on-looker sidestage, as it was none other than Dave Matthews. The DMB frontman was in the house to check out Bryan’s show before jetting off with his band in Noblesville, IN to kick off their two-night residency at Deer Creek, or whatever that amphitheater is called these days.

One can only hope Matthews didn’t take too many notes during the show, as Bryan does employ Jason Derulo and Maroon 5 covers during his show. Stick to Talking Heads, Hendrix and Dylan tunes, Dave.
