Conquer Monday with Umphrey’s McGee’s Legendary “Wizard Burial Ground” from Brooklyn Bowl

Umphrey’s McGee recently issued their 2014 Hall of Fame compilation, featuring a series of fan-voted highlights from their touring slate last year. Among them is a mega take on “Wizard Burial Ground,” one of the band’s heaviest tunes, from their Nothing Too Fancy Music launch party at Brooklyn Bowl following UMBowl at the Capitol Theatre.
The song is already devastating as is, but the band stretched it out to 17-minutes, complete with a jam that would make an appearance at this year’s UMBowl in the form of “Non-Compliance,” a new song in the Raw Stewage quarter. The full compilation is worth your time, as it highlights the best of 2014 Umphrey’s McGee.
