LCD Soundsystem have announced new fall tour dates. Just before they head to Boston for a four-night residency at Roadrunner from April 30 to May 3, the James Murphy-fronted electronica ensemble has extended its 2026 live itinerary with a 14-show run, beginning on Aug. 7 at Vancouver’s Freedom Mobile Arch and continuing through a Sept. 20 headline set at Atlanta’s Shaky Knees Festival.

In a rare tour outside of their custom of extended residencies, the band will also in Troutdale, Ore.; Missoula, Mont.; Minneapolis; Portland, Maine; New Haven, Conn.; Asheville, N.C. and Morrison, Colo., where they’ll play two nights at the hallowed Red Rocks Amphitheatre with support from Feist. All dates except Just Like Heaven in Pasadena and an unconfirmed stop in Richmond, Va. (which some fans suspect will be a headline set at this year’s Iron Blossom Music Festival) will include opening sets from Victoryland.

After setting into another year on the road with a New Year’s Eve series at Aspen, Colo.’s Belly Up and playing four shows in Chicago in March, 2026 is already shaping up to be busy for the beloved dance-punk band. In 2025, LCD Soundsystem powered through its most active period in recent memory, including a headline set at Phoenix’s M3F Festival, a spring tour with Nation of Language, a London residency, a summer tour with TV On The Radio, co-headline dates at the Hollywood Bowl with Pulp, a fistful of high-profile festival bookings and their fifth annual NYC residency. All this has unfolded as fans anxiously await new music in the way of their 2024 single “X-Ray Eyes.”
