Suwannee Roots Revival Unveils 2026 Lineup: Trampled By Turtles, Sam Bush, Leftover Salmon, Peter Rowan and More
Suwannee Roots Revival has officially detailed its 2026 presentation, returning to Live Oak, Fla.’s Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park on October 8-11. For its 10-year anniversary, the renowned festival has assembled a bill that upholds its longstanding tradition of pairing genre forerunners with up-and-coming artists, balancing first-time sets from Americana icons with a range of familiar faces. The four-day event will be led by Trampled By Turtles, Sam Bush, Leftover Salmon, Peter Rowan and Donna the Buffalo, topping a bill of 20 acts with more to be announced.
Suwannee Roots Revival’s 2026 bill largely holds to the same cast of regulars that have made it such an esteemed scene favorite. While both Donna the Buffalo and Rowan have appeared at all eight stagings to date, Bush and Leftover Salmon are no strangers themselves, with both the mandolin master and long-running Colorado jamgrass sextet continuing a legacy of several high-billed sets through the years since they took part in Suwannee Roots’ 2016 debut. Pioneering Americana outfit Trampled By Turtles will return for their second appearance at the festival and first since they headlined in 2023.
Other standouts from this year’s lineup include Shadowgrass, Eddie 9V, Shinyribs, The Lee Boys feat. Roosevelt Collier, Armchair Boogie, Holy Roller, Jim Lauderdale, Verlon Thomas, Jon Stickley Trio and The Grass is Dead, a collaborative Grateful Dead tribute set that’s also been a fixture of the festival since its origins.
”One of the many things I love about this festival is that no matter what crazy stuff is happening in the world or in our lives, this annual gathering somehow recharges us and brings joy, laughter, fun, and a much-needed balance,” said Festival Director Beth Judy. “Suwannee Roots Revival is the perfect place to have stellar musical experiences, connect with this incredible community, have a ton of fun, and embrace a spirit of adventure that puts an even bigger smile on your face!”
