Sunshine Get Down Music & Arts Festival Outlines Initial 2025 Artist Lineup: Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, Big Something, Grateful Shred and More
Today, Dec. 19, Sunshine Get Down Music & Art Festival has shared details behind its third annual event, slated to take place at the Florida Sand Music Ranch in Brooksville, Fla., from April 10-12, 2025. As a part of today’s announcement, the folks behind the gathering have unveiled the initial participants in its impending artist lineup.
Headlining the 2025 Sunshine State event is Baltimore-based funk-infused jamband Pigeons Playing Ping Pong and North Carolina-bred alt-rockers Big Something. Detailed-oriented onlookers will notice a fuzzed-out gap in the festival billing, providing space for one final headliner to join the ranks.
According to the festival’s post on social media, they will follow up in January with the final five musical additions to the third annual Sunshine Get Down Music & Art Festival.
The roster of musical acts includes LA’s own Grateful Dead cover band, Grateful Shred, the LaMP trio featuring Russ Lawton, Ray Paczkowski (Trey Anastasio Band), and Scott Metzger (Joe Russo’s Almost Dead), and the punk-grass fusion group Sicard Hollow.
The Ries Brothers, Propaganjah, and Tad Cautious from Phish’s SiriusXM Bunny Radio will also perform, delivering a unique Talking Heads Dance Party set and late-night silent disco.
Premium Experience Packages with exclusive viewing area and lounge, dedicated bar, chairs and couches, bathroom trailer plus hotel packages with round trip shuttle available.
