The Allman Betts Band have announced their Lucky Sevens Tour, celebrating seven years of upholding the legacy of Southern rock. In their new outing, the massively acclaimed seven-piece outfit fronted by Devon Allman and Duane Betts will carry the mantle of their hard-rocking forebearers across the South, Midwest and East Coast, plotting 20 performances from June 6 to June 29. The Lucky Sevens Tour will welcome alternating support from guitarists and singer-songwriters Greg Koch and Mattie Schnell, both of whom are veterans of the Allman Betts Family Revival.
The Allman Betts Band will set off the Lucky Sevens Tour with a June 6 performance at The Refinery in Charleston, S.C., then truck down to the Peach State for a follow-up at Lagrange, Ga.’s Sweetland Amphitheatre on June 7. The band will bounce back to South Carolina for a stand at Walhalla’s Performing Arts Center on June 8 before stopping by Chattanooga, Tenn. on the way out to the Midwest. Following a stand in Indianapolis on June 11 and a co-headline date with The Record Company at Highland Park, Ill.’s Ravinia Festival on June 12, the group will blaze through five stops in Indiana, Ohio and Iowa on the way to June 20 engagement at Munhall, Pa.’s Carnegie of Homestead.
The final leg of the Lucky Sevens Tour will center the Allman Betts Band in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic for eight more shows, including billings at high-profile halls like Atlantic City, N.J.’s Music Box on June 21, Portsmouth, N.H.’s Music Hall on June 22, State College, Pa.’s State Theatre on June 25 and Batavia, N.Y.’s Batavia Downs on June 27. The ensemble will conclude its summer tour and celebration of seven years with a finale at Augusta, N.J.’s Rock, Ribs and Ridges on June 29.
