Soulive Confirm Six-Night Bowlive VIII Run at Brooklyn Bowl
Soulive have announced the return of Bowlive, the jazz-funk organ trio’s multi-night, guest-filled residency at Brooklyn Bowl, which will return for its eighth iteration this July in celebration of 20 years of Soulive and 10 years of Brooklyn Bowl.
Though the run has solidified into a traditionally eight-night stint over the years, including its last return in 2017, Bowlive VIII is set for six nights over two weekends, running July 11–13 and 18–20 at the Williamsburg venue. This year’s guests are yet to be revealed. Past Bowlives (the tradition started in 2010) have featured appearances—both announced and surprise—from the likes of Warren Haynes, George Porter Jr., Derek Trucks, Susan Tedeschi, John Scofield, Bernie Worrell, Oteil and Kofi Burbridge, Charles Bradley, Joe Russo, Ivan Neville, Robert Randolph, Nicki Bluhm, Chris Robinson, Anders Osborne, Questlove, Karl Denson, Marcus King, Steve Kimock, Jennifer Hartswick, GRiZ and more.
Tickets to Bowlive VIII go on sale this Friday, April 19, at 10 a.m. ET. Limited three- and six-night packages will be available. All show and ticketing information can be found at Brooklyn Bowl’s website.
