Newport Folk Announces Separate 3-Day Events for 2021

Newport Folk Festival will happen this year, albeit in a slightly different format.
“Due to Covid-19 modified capacities, we’ll be presenting two unique 3-Day events at the Fort taking place July 23-25 and July 26-28,” reads an official announcement. “Newport Folk will bring surprise guests, storytelling and never before seen collaborations to Newport this summer. Join us!”
The lineup for the event has yet to be shared, but music fans can get tickets starting Tuesday, May 18 at 11 a.m. ET.
