A new charitable opportunity has arrived, and there is an incentive for support in the form of an extensive prize package, ideal for any Phish fan or admirer of Trey Anastasio. Those who donate $10 or more to The Divided Sky Foundation will enter to win a pair of front-row tickets to see Anastasio’s symphonic concert with the Boston Pops at Tanglewood in Lenox, Mass. on June 29, and meet the artist, receive a signed poster. Flights and hotel accommodations are also included.
Each entry supports The Divided Sky Foundation, which is committed to bestowing a unique residential recovery program for those struggling with addiction with an emphasis on mindfulness and the use of the 12 Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous. The program aims to serve as an alternative to corporate healthcare offerings and emphasizes long-term healthcare solutions to help folks find positivity in sobriety.
Through financial contributions to The Divided Sky Foundation, donors can emphasize their support of the residential facility’s guests and their commitment to bettering their lives and, in turn, their futures. “As a person in recovery, I understand how valuable it is to individuals in early sobriety to have access to an inclusive, welcoming, and supportive community where they can begin to build a solid foundation for their new sober lives,” Trey Anastasio, founder of The Divided Sky Foundation said.
“At The Divided Sky Recovery Program, our mission is to deliver supportive and compassionate programming with dignity and respect for individuals and their families affected by addiction. We do this by offering a safe environment for men and women to build the foundation necessary to live a productive, healthy, and sober life,” the musician and do-gooder concluded.
