Mumford & Sons Plot Intimate Club Tour in Europe, Australia and North America

Mumford & Sons have officially announced a return to stages around the world. In March, the beloved British folk-rock band will fly through a rapid-fire nine-show run of intimate club shows in Europe, Australia and North America. These performances will herald the release of Rushmere, the group’s first new studio album in seven years, which is due to release on March 28 via Glassnote.
Mumford & Sons will commence their global club tour with a March 5 engagement at Amsterdam’s Melkweg. They’ll move on to further European engagements at Paris’ Elysee Montmatre on March 7 and Berlin’s Metropol on March 9, then return to the UK for a March 11 stand at London’s O2 Forum Kentish Town. These shows will be the group’s first headline appearances since 2018, marking the region’s live premiere of their new trio format.
After their encore in London, Mumford & Sons will fly east for a whistle-stop stand at Sydney, Australia’s famed Sydney Opera House on March 17. They’ll continue on this course to North America, touching down in Los Angeles for a set at the Hollywood Palladium on March 20. On March 22, they’ll head to the Windy City with a booking at The Chicago Theatre, then breeze on up to Toronto, Ontario’s Allied Music Centre at Massey Hall for their sole Canadian date on March 23. Finally, the band will conclude their pre-release mini-tour with a last appearance at Brooklyn, N.Y.’s Brooklyn Paramount.
