Leftover Salmon will continue their tradition of performing over Thanksgiving weekend, taking their live show to the historic Boulder Theater in Boulder, Colo., for a pair of guest-heavy concerts. The impending performances are slated for Friday, Nov. 29, with the Mountain Grass Unit and Saturday, Nov. 30, featuring The Fretliners. Like gatherings past, Sam Bush will join during both gigs.
Following the band’s run in association with Turkey Day, they will follow up with another annual occasion, this time the steadfast arrival of Strings & Sol. The destination concert vacation, Dec. 12-16, weaves together a lineup of bluegrass-leaning artists, including fellow favorites Greensky Bluegrass, Yonder Mountain String Band, Molly Tuttle & Golden Highway, Railroad Earth, Kitchen Dwellers and more.
After concluding their time in Mexico, Leftover Salmon will take a break from the stage ahead of their New Year’s Eve celebration, slated for Dec. 30 and 31, at Portland, Ore.’s Revolution Hall, with support from the Jason Carter Band. Tickets for the group’s forthcoming concerts are available now and can be purchased via www.leftoversalmon.com/tour.
