Iron Blossom Music Festival has officially announced its 2024 event, returning after its 2023  inaugural staging which brought such stars as Hozier, Noah Kahan and Faye Webster to Richmond, Va.’s The Training Center on Leigh for a sold-out event. For its second-annual presentation, Iron Blossom keeps the bar set high with some of the biggest names in folk rock, indie and Americana, who will share a stage with an array of local up-and-comers and regional stars. 

To lead this year’s program, Iron Blossom has tapped folk-tinted indie quintet Mt. Joy, Americana R&B figurehead Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats, renowned red dirt country combo Turnpike Troubadours and alt-folk stars CAAMP, whose headline set will be its only performance in the Southeast region in 2024. 18 further notable acts round out the two-day bill, highlighted by acts like Trampled By Turtles, Hippo Campus, Joy Oladokun, Indigo De Souza, The California Honeydrops, Say She She, SG Goodman, Julia Pratt and more. Offstage, Iron Blossom has upped the ante for its second staging with an expanded suite of local caterers and an artisan bazaar, offering attendees a taste of Richmond’s finest gourmet food, craft beer and cocktails and boutique wares from the city’s craftspeople.
