Eagles Extend Sphere Record Residency
The Eagles’ Sphere residency will continue a bit longer. The band has just announced that it has added four additional shows to its run at the state-of-the-art venue. The group will now perform at Sphere on December 4, 5, 11, and 12. This comes in addition to the six dates fall dates that were added in late May: September 18-19, November 13-14, and 27-28.
This will mark 68 performances at the venue, extending the longest-running residency at Sphere. The group’s debut appearance was on September 20, 2024.
Earlier this year, Don Henley sat down with CBS Sunday Morning for an interview and indicated that 2026 “will probably be it” for the band. “I’ve said things like that before, but I feel like we’re getting toward the end and that will be fine, too … I’m OK with that. Because I’d like to spend more time with my family and growing vegetables. There are just lots of other things to do.”
Tickets for the December dates are available via an artist pre-sale which begins on Wednesday, July 15th at 10 AM PT. Fans can sign up now. Tickets for the general public onsale will follow on Friday, July 17.
