Chadwick Stokes and The Pintos Announce New Record, Share Two Songs

On November 15, Dispatch’s Chadwick Stokes will release a new record with his band The Pintos. Stokes indicates that this record touches on the current tempestuous political and cultural climate. He explains, “We’re living in a crazy time, a very upsetting time. If we’re not protesting, there’s a problem.”

The self-titled record is now available for pre-order and Stokes has shared two songs from the forthcoming album. “Joan of Arc” is written from the perspective of the famed historical figure. “Chaska” explores the real-life story of a Native American who was executed during a mass hanging in 1862, despite the fact that President Lincoln had commuted his death sentence.

Chadwick Stokes and The Pintos will tour in support of the record, with the upcoming dates listed below the streams.
