In the wake of The Beach Boys' founding member and principal songwriter's passing on Wednesday, June 16, the music community has come together to commemorate the musician. Surviving band members, collaborators, and admirers have taken to social media and the live stage to share tributes, memories, and more, demonstrating unity in honoring the pop pioneer’s impact.

I think the most comforting thought right now is that you are reunited with Carl and Dennis, singing those beautiful harmonies again. You were a humble giant who always made me laugh and we will celebrate your music forever. Brian, I’ll really miss you…still I have the warmth of the sun within me tonight.”
