Altın Gün have announced their plans to cross North America this fall with a new slate of tour dates. From Sept. 6-26, the Amsterdam-based Anatolian rock revivalists, acclaimed for their groundbreaking blend of Turkish folk music, ‘60s psychedelia, synth-pop and more, will return for their first tour in the region since 2023, comprising 15 shows at major markets in the West Coast, Midwest, Northeast and Canada. The group’s new run will continue the celebration of Garip, their sixth studio album, issued via ATO Records in February.

After three months on the road in Europe through May and some scattered stops on the festival circuit this summer, Altın Gün will touch down in Vancouver for a tour kickoff double-header on Sept. 6 and 7. The quintet will cross into the US with a staging at Seattle’s The Showbox on Sept. 8, then race down the coast to stops at Portland, Ore.’s Crystal Ballroom, San Francisco’s Regency Ballroom and Los Angeles’ Orpheum Theatre through Sept. 12.

They’ll jump to the Midwest for shows in Minneapolis and Chicago on Sept. 15 and 16, then hike to Toronto and Montreal on Sept. 18 and 19 before arriving on the East Coast for a Sept. 22 stand at Boston’s Big Night Live. After hitting New York’s Brooklyn Steel on Sept. 23, Philadelphia’s Union Transfer on Sept. 24 and Washington, D.C.’s Howard Theatre on Sept. 25, Altın Gün will conclude the series at Pittsburgh’s Roxian Theatre on Sept. 26.

All stops on Altın Gün’s North American tour will feature support from Alex Maas of The Black Angels. Tickets will become available through an artist pre-sale tomorrow, March 25, at 10 a.m. local, with a general on-sale following this Friday, March 27 at 10 a.m. local.
