Adirondack Independence Music Festival Unveils 2024 Artist Lineup: moe., Melvin Seals & JGB, Yonder Mountain String Band and More

Adirondack Independence Festival has officially unveiled the full artist lineup for its 2024 staging, set to return to Lake George, N.Y.’s Charles R. Wood Park for Labor Day Weekend. From August 30 to September 1, the festival will continue its nine-year legacy of memorable musical celebrations with a top-tier cast of the jam scene’s favorite acts. For the second year in a row, moe. will headline the festivities and deliver four sets over two nights.

Beyond the top-billed act, which recently overcame family tragedy to return to the stage with renewed passion and focus, Adirondack Independence will feature headline sets from Yonder Mountain String Band and Melvin Seals and JGB, the latter of which will offer two full sets. Down the roster, the festival will showcase a total of 19 other performers well-known to the festival circuit, including returning favorites Mihali, Badfish: A Tribute to Sublime, Spafford and Pink Talking Fish as well as newcomers Daniel Donato’s Cosmic Country, Moon Hooch, RAQ, Cool Cool Cool, lespecial and many more.

Music at Adirondack Independence will be split across two side-by-side stages, running from midday to late night on all three days. Offstage, attendees will have an unmatched view of the fireworks over Lake George on Saturday, Aug. 31. The festival will also celebrate the region’s rich artistic and culinary culture with a slew of exceptional craft and food vendors. As a family-forward event, general admission for children 12 and under is free.
