Today, April 17, The String Cheese Incident have made waves with the grand unveiling of The Mexico Incident, the band’s latest International Incident. Set to stage from December 7-11 under the tropical sun of Puerto Morelos, Mexico’s Dreams Sapphire Resort & Spa, this new all-inclusive concert getaway will deliver the band and fans directly to the lap of luxury, complete with world-class amenities, poolside music, excursion opportunities and three full performances from the pioneering jamgrass sextet. This experience is heightened further by a glistening bill of supporting acts, including moe. and Chromeo.

Produced by Cloud 9 Adventures, the organization behind travel traditions such as Panic en la Playa, One Big Holiday and Jam Cruise, The Mexico Incident offers fans extravagant suites, oceanfront views, unlimited access to gourmet dining and an array of off-campus adventures, including scuba diving, hikes into historic ruins, ziplining and more. Beyond the accommodations and the headliner, The Mexico Incident will host moe., Daniel Donato’s Cosmic Country and Dirtwire, all of which will offer two performances. Electro-funk duo Chromeo will also come aboard for a DJ set, while trumpeter Jennifer Hartswick and trombonist Natalie Cressman–both of Trey Anastasio’s band–are booked to support the event as Artists at Large.
