Over the weekend of Sept.19-20, Pearl Jam will spearhead New Jersey’s Sea.Hear.Now Festival, alongside a slew of other performers including The Avett Brothers, Cage The Elephant, The Beach Boys, Patti Smith, Goose and many more.

The event, which takes place in the famed seaside town of Asbury Park, will also include a surfing showcase, a pop-up photo gallery by Danny Clinch and environmental “greening program” committed to onsite recycling.

This marks Pearl Jam’s second recent festival announcement; they will also play the Ohana Festival the following weekend.

In other Pearl Jam-related news, the band announced a worldwide “listening experience” on March 25, showcasing their new album Gigaton in over 200 movie theaters. The album will be formally released on March 27.
