High Water Festival 2019: Shovels & Rope, Leon Bridges, Preservation Hall Jazz Band and More

Curated by folk duo Shovels & Rope, the High Water Festival will return to Riverfront Park in North Charleston, SC on the weekend of April 13-14.

Dubbed as a “celebration of music, food and libations,” the event will feature a variety of artists including Shovels & Rope, Leon Bridges, Dr. Dog, Preservation Hall Jazz Band and more.

“It’s a beautiful challenge that we’ve been gifted, to continue to work on making each year of High Water a memorable and meaningful event,” Shovels & Rope said in a statement. “We hope the audience and the community feel cared about, supported and heard as we continue to learn and make choices big and small on how to improve and give back.  We feel lucky to live here and lucky to be involved.”
