Great South Bay Music Festival has announced its preliminary artist lineup for the 2024 event, which will happen on July 18 through 21 at Shorefront Park in Patchogue, N.Y. The initial day of the musical celebration will see headliner Joe Bonamassa take the festival stage, as well as fellow artists such as Jim Messina, Brandon “Taz” Niederauer and the Kerry Kearney Band.

Friday, July 19, will see another slate of acts take part in the annual occurrence. Day two will feature Pepper, Streetlight Manifesto, Badfish, Tropidelic and Oogee Wawa. Saturday’s offering dips into the jam-sphere with performances from Dark Star Orchestra, The Disco Biscuits, Dogs in a Pile, Dopopod and Karina Rykman.

Sunday, July 21, represents the final festival day, which will be headlined by Yes with Jon Anders. The billed ensemble will pull in classic material from the prog-rock archive. Also included is Justin Hayward, the voice of The Moody Blues, Jethro Tull’s Martin Barre and Start Making Sense, a homage to the Talking Heads.

Beyond presenting significant artists, the Great South Music Festival includes sets from local emerging artists in the rock, jam-band, county, folk and hip-hop scene. Alongside the musical acts, the festival will also offer a food court and The Great South Bay’s artisan market, which features a diverse collection of handmade and imported creations.
