The newly announced performers join the ranks of established legends, including The Black Crowes, My Morning Jacket, Sheryl Crow and more, along with groups in the jamband scene on the rise like Goose, Eggy, Neighbor, Ripe, Little Stranger and more. FloydFest Bus Stop Special-Edition Vinyl Fundraiser’s stated mission is “to provide a platform for various artists to come together and create unique content in a unique way. [They] produce live recordings on film, giving artists promotable video and still-photo content.” They aim to produce a two-sided disc which will be manufactured by Gotta Groove Records, hand-pressed and numbered. The project marks the third time FloydFest have pressed limited edition vinyl, and fans of the project can support the effort by making tax-deductible donations to The Blue Cow Art Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
