Brandi Carlile Delivers 2024 Artist Lineup for Girls Just Wanna Weekend
Over the weekend, Brandi Carlile delivered the stacked artist lineup for the fifth edition of her destination concert event, Girls Just Wanna Weekend. The songstress’s all-inclusive musical gathering will occur from January 18 through 21 and take place for the first time at the Barceló Maya Riviera Resort.
Joining Carlile during the four-day concert vacation is a list of leading ladies known to captivate a room, such as Janelle Monáe, Sarah McLaughlin, Lucius, Allison Russell, Celisse and KT Tunstall. Musical duo Wendy & Lisa are also set to perform, in addition to Mary Chapin Carpenter, Brandy Clark and Kim Richey, who will come together as Titans of Americana.
Singer-songwriter Corook, Manica Martin, Tish Melton, Sistastrings and Smalltown Strings round out the artist lineup. Moreover, on Carlile’s event poster, she took up significant space to include that the Girls Just Wanna Weekend will also feature an unannounced guest–which the musician also poked at via Instagram, adding, “You will never forget this trip… Let the very special guest guessing games begin!”
This year’s updated venue will accommodate all ticket-holders on a single property and will feature a custom live performance stage and on-site beach access. On top of intimate sets from a curated cast of female musicians, guests can enjoy complimentary beverages, authentic cuisine, local microbrew brews, interactive art installations, yoga and wellness workshops, karaoke nights and various off-site excursions.
Room confirmation for Blind Faith presale ticket holders begins Tuesday, Sept. 12 at 8 a.m. P.T. Public on sale is Wednesday, Sept. 13 at 11 a.m. P.T.
