Bluebird Music Festival Outlines 2024 Artist Lineup: Jeff Tweedy, Joy Oladokun and More
The folks behind the annual Bluebird Music Festival have dropped their most extensive artist lineup to date for the spring event, which will take place at the Macky Auditorium in Boulder, Colo. The sixth iteration of the gathering will be led by a yet-to-be-revealed headliner, who will join the ranks of newly announced musical guests.
While the headliner will remain anonymous for now, the impending schedule is slated to see live performances from Wilco’s frontman, Jeff Tweedy, joining fellow acts such as Joy Oladokun, Langhorne Slim, Andy Shauf, Bendigo Fletcher, Briscoe, Sunny War and The Cody Sisters.
In a press release, Bluebird Music Festival explained the approach to the forthcoming event: “This year there will be three events, instead of the usual four events, including an earlier Saturday evening. Saturday will feature full sets of music from 2:30-7:30. Sunday evening will feature full sets of music from 6:00-9:30. Sunday afternoon will feature our trademark Strings & Stories event from 1:00-3:30.”
The event coordinators also teased in some information about the event’s headliner, adding, “What can we tell you about the “Special Headliner”? If you have enjoyed our bookings over the years, you will LOVE this year’s headliner. They epitomize the vibe of the Bluebird Music Festival. We just can’t announce until they have rolled out some other news for next year. But because of this headliner, this festival WILL sell out.”
