4848 Festival is back with an unmissable 2024 program. Staged at Snowshoe Mountain Resort in Snowshoe, W.V., the festival’s latest entry features some established favorites and rising stars from the jam, bluegrass, and alternative rock scenes. Progressive bluegrass quintet Greensky Bluegrass, who have headlined the festival every year since its debut, will return to lead the lineup once again. Joining them will be The Flaming Lips, who will perform their epic 2002 concept album Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots.

Other high-profile appearances include St. Paul & the Broken Bones, Molly Tuttle & Golden Highway, The California Honeydrops, The Greyboy Allstars and Spafford, alongside fan-favorite acts like The Brothers Comatose, Eggy, Saxsquatch, Karina Rykman and Armchair Boogie down the bill. Performances will be split across two stages on opposite sides of The Village, a hub for local vendors, crafts, and gourmet dining.

Beyond the music, the resort’s 11,000 acres guarantee natural serenity, with camping options available for fans looking to spend the weekend under the stars. Indoor accommodation packages range from studios to three-bedroom condos, as well as a few spaces with balconies overlooking the stages for VIP guests. Among other attractions on-site is the picturesque Shavers Lake, where concertgoers can enjoy water sports or a moment of repose amid the festivities.
