Chicago’s The Great Lawn Taps Greensky Bluegrass, Houndmouth and More for Inaugural Event

The Great Lawn Festival will come to Chicago’s Harrison Field for a two-day event from July 22-23 as the new festival welcomes Greensky Bluegrass, Houndmouth, Dr. Dog, Shovels and Rope, Hard Working Americans, Joshua Davis Trio, The Lil Smokies and Horseshoes & Hand Grenades to the inaugural lineup.
The new festival joins a city rich in festival tradition, with the likes of Lollapalooza, Pitchfork and Riot Fest also staking claim to Chicago as a host city. Harrison Field is a part of the UIC campus.
