Chance the Rapper is among those who will join The Soul Shakedown Superjam at Bonnaroo this weekend as the rapper joins Jon Batiste, Sam Cohen, George Porter Jr., Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Cherub’s Jason Huber, Nicole Atkins and more. Rayland Baxter and Boyfriend also mark new additions to the Superjam. 

Hosted by Pres Hall, the Soul Shakedown Superjam will honor the soul roots with a slew of guests and other surprises taking place beginning at 1 AM at This Tent. 

Chance the Rapper has previously appeared in Bonnaroo Superjams past, joining in during the 2015 edition for a cover of Bell Biv DeVoe’s “Poison” and Montell Jordan’s “This is How We Do It.” 

In other Bonnaroo news, Jahman Brahman played a surprise show in the campgrounds prior to the music kicking off on Thursday night as he took to the field for a set that included a cover of The Band’s “Ophelia.”
