Jad Tariq performed as part of Bob Dylan’s band last night at Cincinnati, Ohio’s PNC Pavilion At Riverbend. The 29-year-old, Connecticut-bred, Memphis-based guitarist is the latest personnel change Dylan has made during his current summer tour.
