After teaming up with the brass duo of Eric “Benny” Bloom and Ryan Zoidis of Lettuce, Crowd Company arrive from across the pond to share “Stories,” a new single off their third LP Lowdown (out Jan. 31).

The album will be released by Alan Evans’ Vintage League Music label; Evans also sat behind the boards for this release.

“‘Stories’ has an evocative soulful vibe with 70s-inspiried ‘wah’ guitar, crisp, powerful horns and soulful vocals,” explains Crowd Company guitarist-vocalist Rob Fleming. “The lyrics refer to breaking behaviour in a harmful relationship and the ability to write a new story… We lucked out when we got together with Eric [“Benny” Bloom] and Ryan [Zoidis] from Lettuce to add horns to this tune and the rest of the record. We are so proud of this collection and can’t wait to get it out there!”
