Zane Lowe Sings Arcade Fire’s “Normal Person”

Arcade Fire joined BBC Radio 1’s Zane Lowe today to talk all things Reflektor as well as perform a couple tracks from the wildly popular record. While Lowe’s interview with Win Butler and Régine Chassagne didn’t quite reach the level of his interview with Kanye West, there is still plenty for Arcade Fire fans to chew on as Lowe asks the duo about their evolution from The Suburbs to the new “heady body music” of Reflektor.

Among other topics, Butler dishes on working with James Murphy, his love for the Coen brothers, as well as the band’s upcoming touring plans. At the end of the interview, Arcade Fire invites Zane to the mic for the first verse of “Normal Person,” before Butler kicks him off after apologizing to the people of Great Britain.
