Phish’s Baker’s Dozen run has been full of some unthinkable bustouts including the first “1999” in nearly 20 years and last night, Phish topped that with the first cover of Neil Young’s “Cinnamon Girl” since 1997. 

On cinnamon-flavored donut night it was only right that the show ended with arguably the most famous of cinnamon songs. After not really acknowledging the theme directly as they had in past nights, Phish returned in the encore to cap the show with the sweetest nod of all.
