Father John Misty’s seemingly endless promotional tour for I Love You, Honeybear continued last night as the always entertaining Josh Tillman hit the stage on Jimmy Kimmel Live! to play a pair of tunes including a fiery “The Ideal Husband” and the more jazzy “The Night Josh Tillman Came to Our Apt” as a web exclusive. Tillman and his band shut down Hollywood Boulevard for an energetic performance that featured all of the gyrations and hysterics that complement the song’s lyrics. 

The late night performance comes on the tail end of a west coast tour that will be followed by a lengthy jaunt overseas that includes stops across Europe and a brief Australian tour.
