Preservation Hall Ball Comes to New Orleans’ Civic Theater (A Gallery)

New Orleans’ Preservation Hall Jazz Band hosted their first annual Preservation Hall Ball at the Civic Theater on Friday night. The established jazz ensemble welcomed special guests such as Allen Toussaint, Ani DiFranco, Beats Antique, Topsy Chapman and Betty Ann Williams. Alex Ebert was originally scheduled to perform but was unable to attend. Irish vocalist Maverick Sabre replaced him. Dino Perrucci shared some photos from the evening.
